Air Compressors

With BPHE technology, you can transfer the waste heat to different parts of the production chain or to an exterior facility, utilizing almost all of the energy produced.

Approximately 10% of all electricity used in industrial applications is accounted for by compressed air systems. Around 94% of this energy is converted to heat that is not wanted or needed in that particular process. That means that with inefficient systems, we will first use energy to generate heat and then use more energy to remove it with cooling fans. And often there are several processes producing waste heat within the same facility. With BPHE technology, you can transfer the waste heat to different parts of the production chain or to an exterior facility, utilizing almost all of the energy produced.
